2MC Sponsorships Special
We, at 2MC Productions, are accepting limited sponsorships! We are looking at testing a total of five paid sponsorships at $95 per month for our programing on our Social Media pages “Old Town Mariposa”, the “Mariposa Chronicle”, “The Call of Mariposa Gold” and “Yosemite Gold Country”
Your Sponsorship buys you a
• “Brought to you by” message at the end of a story post on a minimum of five posts per month.
• One 5–8-minute video update in at least one of our pages where YOU can explain what is happening with your business or a special sales promotion, update bi-annually.
Our Video stories are typically seen by 200 to 1200 viewers within the first 24-hours of posting. Some of our “shows” have achieved several thousand views and one, our Fire Update Story, got over 14,000 views!
When we develop YOUR story, we can use the knowledge we’ve gained over the past 10 years of producing these local shows to give you the best message content for your business or service.
We have standards!
Our focus is local! We are not interested in promoting “national brands” that don’t do business in Mariposa County. Yes, we have an attitude! We believe that Mariposa is a special place, and we want to make it more special.
Our “preferred” advertising client promotes our community, its residents and promotes the health and welfare of our County and its residents!
Our News and Information Newscasts tend to fall into these general classifications:

• Art and Culture

• Fire/Safety,
• Topical Stories,
• History and Culture, and
• Interesting Aspects of Life in Mariposa.
Over the past ten years we have posted over 500 short video clips on Facebook, YouTube, and other media.
The Covid pandemic has set us back, a little, over the two years but we shifted from exclusive studio productions to using Cellphone Journalism Techniques and Technology! With the reopening of our studio, we will be launching a new show, Old News Today that will recount published news stories of 100 to 150 years ago about Mariposa and Yosemite Gold Country in a weekly video report as if they happened yesterday!
